How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses. In that case, you’ll receive separate tracking emails for each package.

Didn’t get the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or log into your account’s Order History to view your latest shipping updates and tracking info.

International customers: If your tracking shows “Delivered in New York,” that simply means your order has reached the U.S. international mail facility. A new international tracking number will be assigned shortly, and you’ll receive another email once it’s updated.
