Why isn't my tracking number working?

Tracking updates can sometimes take 24–48 hours to appear after your order ships. This delay is completely normal — it just means the carrier hasn’t scanned your package yet. Once it’s in their system, your tracking link will start showing real-time updates.

If your tracking still isn’t updating after two business days, or you’re unsure which carrier it belongs to, our Customer Support team is happy to help — just reach out with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

International customers: If your tracking says your package was “Delivered in New York,” don’t worry — that means it’s reached the U.S. international mail facility. A new international tracking number will be assigned soon, and you’ll receive an updated tracking email once it departs for your country.
